QDENGA (TAK-003) एक live-attenuated dengue vaccine है. Standard schedule दो injections का है, जो तीन महीने के अंतर से दिए जाते हैं. Eligibility current official recommendations, age, local policy, immune status, pregnancy, breastfeeding और allergy history पर निर्भर है. Regulatory approval से local stock या हर व्यक्ति के लिए suitability automatically तय नहीं होती.
QDENGA क्या है?
यह dengue disease का risk कम करने के लिए vaccine है; active dengue का treatment नहीं. WHO programmatic use के लिए 6–16 वर्ष के बच्चों को high-transmission settings में recommend करता है. WHO public-health recommendation और किसी देश की product licence अलग हो सकती हैं, इसलिए current Indian guidance और authorised prescribing conditions check करना जरूरी है.
Doses और protection
Course में दो subcutaneous injections तीन महीने apart होते हैं. First dose के तुरंत बाद complete protection assume न करें. Course पूरा होने पर भी 100% protection नहीं मिलती. Delayed dose की स्थिति में provider से पूछें; schedule खुद न बदलें.
किसे विशेष सावधानी चाहिए?
- Weakened immunity या immune-suppressing treatment
- Pregnancy या breastfeeding
- Previous dose/component से severe allergy
- Significant current fever or illness
- Immune system को प्रभावित करने वाली medicines
दूसरे देश का age range या online advertisement personal prescription नहीं है.
Possible side effects
Injection-site pain/redness, headache, muscle pain, weakness, feeling unwell और fever हो सकते हैं. Rare serious allergy के लिए vaccination authorised setting में होनी चाहिए. Breathing difficulty, face/throat swelling, widespread hives या fainting में urgent care लें.
Mosquito prevention जारी रखें
Repellent instructions follow करें, covering clothes पहनें, screens/nets उपयोग करें और घर के आसपास stagnant water हटाएं. Aedes mosquito दिन में भी काट सकता है. Vaccination community mosquito-control की जगह नहीं लेती.
Approval, availability और eligibility अलग हैं
Marketing authorisation specified conditions में product की अनुमति है. इससे हर hospital में immediate supply, price या authorised administration guarantee नहीं होती. Krishnanagar, Nikol, Naroda, Nava Naroda, Odhav, Vastral और East Ahmedabad के patients travel से पहले current availability verify करें. Lotus Hospital इस article से routine stock claim नहीं करता.
